The first time i ate 'Sekkeh Gaz' was when a relative brought us some (Morsel Nougaz 35% pistachios) from a trip to Iran. This was the product I had have tasted as Sohan and chocolated was mixed beatifully. I was given a box as present when I was coming back from my mum's funeral in Iran about a month ago. Since I came back, I took this to my work place and my manager loved it. Everyone said it is like melting chocolate with some sort of spice mixed in the chocolate. I told them that is Sohan which is a blend of Honey and Sugar and Cardamine. I am hoping to be able to order this product on line and get more for myself and my colleagues. the pistachio nuts in the sohan were bitter and had an unusual white colour. your sohan is usualy very tasty and delicious but this time i was quite dissapointed Susanne Hansen 1.8.2008 Australia dear Susanne thanks for your feedback that posted to us. bitter taste and white color is the specification of almond not pistachio. some almonds have a little bitter taste naturaly but we try to recognize this almonds and thank you for your critism and we try to do our best to prevent this matter and please check the expiry date of products that you purchase exactly becuse it has strong effect on the taste of such almond.
